Malvasia Novalba Cantine del Vulture

White wine produced from the native grape variety par excellence of Lucania. The Malvasia is a historic vineyard, and the one that grows at the foot of the Vulture imparts sapidity and minerality to the product. It has a beautiful straw yellow color, with golden reflections that sometimes tend towards amber with aging. It features a fine and persistent perlage, an intense and unmistakable aromatic bouquet, and a slightly dry but balanced flavor. Excellent with cold cuts and sea appetizers with blue fish such as anchovies.
