Chestnut Honey Organic

Honey collected by Francesco, beekeeper by choice and vocation. He defines himself as a nomad because he follows the blooms throughout Basilicata.
Chestnut honey is visually dark, red. On the nose, it reveals floral bouquets, while on the palate it is strong and not at all sweet. Excellent when used in herbal teas, milk, or in cooking with some typical recipes from Southern Italy.
The company has also received numerous awards for its honey, in fact, it is a winner of many BioMiel prizes.
