The 'Nduja is the flagship cured meat of Calabria. It is prepared with the fatty parts of the pig to which Calabrian chili pepper is added. The respect for traditional and artisanal production has made Lugi Caccamo the best artisan of Spilinga according to Gambero Rosso. The nduja is truly special and Sudrise guarantees it: the amount of chili pepper is present and noticeable, but, and here lies the originality, it is very balanced and leaves the mouth pleasantly clean.
