The story begins in 2009, when a group of young entrepreneurs from Modica takes over the ancient workshop of Don Benito, a master candy maker. Driven by the desire to combine tradition and innovation, they create a brand that looks to the future, with deep roots in the past. Today, Kirat is synonymous with unique candies, inspired by carob seeds, a fruit used by Arabs as a weight measure for diamonds and jewelry.
