Round rice, lentils, oats, and chickpeas
This dish is prepared for everyone who wants to have something good, healthy, and quick to consume at the table. The legumes come from Basilicata and Tuscany, all certified Organic and Vegan. The company's mission is to provide us with plant-based products while also avoiding unnecessary CO2 emissions; in fact, their packaging is made of recycled paper.
You can consume them in the following ways
- Cold as a salad by adding other ingredients you desire
- In a pan by adding a bit of water or vegetable broth and heating for about 4 minutes on low heat.
- In the microwave by heating for one minute. Medium high power

Standard shipping within Italy costs โฌ8.90. Orders over โฌ99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.
We carefully pack our products to protect them from impacts, compression and temperature changes. Special protective packaging is used where needed.
Delivery within Italy generally takes 24โ72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.
Please allow up to two working days for order preparation. To avoid weekend delays, fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are generally not dispatched from Thursday onwards.
