Parco Grande is an organic Castel del Monte DOC wine produced by Giancarlo Ceci, one of the leading names in Puglian winemaking. Made from native grape varieties grown according to organic and biodynamic farming principles, it originates in the heart of the Alta Murgia. Stainless-Steel Ageing and a Balanced Aromatic Profile

Parco Grande matures entirely in stainless-steel tanks, with a series of rackings that preserve freshness and aromatic integrity. Following bottling, it undergoes a further one to two months of bottle ageing. On the nose, it offers red-fruit aromas with subtle spicy notes; on the palate, it is harmonious, balanced and pleasantly easy to drink.
