Made from vineyards averaging around 55 years of age, it comes from carefully selected grapes that express the richness of the Manduria terroir. The winery's experience and meticulous vineyard care produce a wine of great character, combining intensity, elegance and complexity.

Long Ageing and Intense Aromas

Morella La Signora Primitivo di Manduria ages for 12 months in French Allier oak barriques, followed by another 24 months in bottle. Intense aromas of ripe dark fruit lead to a full-bodied palate and a long, fruity finish, with an excellent balance between smoothness and intensity.

Ideal with Red Meat and Mature Cheeses

Morella La Signora Primitivo di Manduria is perfect with braised meats, roasts, game, grilled meat and mature cheeses. Its complexity and extended maturation make it an excellent choice for special occasions.
