Primitive Malbek
Salento IGT Primitivo and Malbek
Product with 85% primitive and 15% Malbek, it is aged for 12 months in Allier barriques and 8 months in the bottle.
This wine has a color ruby red with hints of Mature fruit. In the mouth the tannins are not at all persistent and give wine a softness and unique roundness.
The Morella company in Manduria has succeeded in creating various blends with not properly native grapes of the place but which grow among their oldest vineyards.
