Primitivo Malbec
Salento IGT Primitivo and Malbek
Produced with 85% Primitivo and 15% Malbek, it is aged for 12 months in Allier barriques and 8 months in the bottle.
This wine has a ruby red color with hints of ripe fruit. On the palate, the tannins are not at all persistent, providing the wine with a softness and unique roundness.
The Morella winery in Manduria has managed over the years to create various blends with grapes that are not strictly indigenous to the area but grow among their oldest vineyards.
