Vegetable Stock Cube

Pantone Farm is located in Pietrapertosa, a village in Basilicata that, along with its neighboring areas, forms the Gallipoli Cognato Park. The farm is managed by a young woman named Laura, who, together with her family, dedicates care and attention to every step from planting to preserving vegetables in olive oil. It is with these homegrown vegetables that Laura produces her vegetable stock cube.
