The Vegetable Stock Concentrate is made by Laura Pantone and her family, who oversee every stage of production, from growing the vegetables to processing them. The farm is located within Gallipoli Cognato Park, a natural area of Basilicata where respect for the land and the quality of the raw ingredients are fundamental values at every stage of production.
