Stigliano Pistachio Biscuits are made entirely by hand and baked in a traditional wood-fired oven, using techniques handed down over time. Carosella del Pollino flour gives the biscuits their genuine wheat flavour, while Stigliano pistachios contribute a rich aroma and delicate nutty note, creating a truly distinctive speciality.
