Castelluccio Soppressata is a traditional cured meat from Basilicata's Pollino area. Unlike other Lucanian soppressata varieties, it retains the natural shape of its casing thanks to a distinctive hand-tying technique along the casing's natural seam, passed down through generations.

Semi-Free-Range Pork and Long Curing

Made with carefully selected pork from semi-free-range herds, this soppressata is seasoned simply with salt and whole black peppercorns. Handmade preparation and 40–50 days of curing give it a balanced, distinctive flavour.
