Mortadella of black pig is produced by Salumificio Carbone located in Tricarico(MT). It is obtained, in fact, from the meat of black pigs, ehich are prized because they have a high nutritional value.The processing is completely handmade with the use of natural spices, Senise crusco pepper and pistachio.
It does not contain preservatives, nitrites, nitrates and is gluten free. No lactose
