Pasta, wholemeal thimbles, is produced by the company Barisano. The grain used, is grown in Stigliano and trasformed into semoline wholemeal in Laterza.
The difference with the traditional pasta lies in the fact that wholemeal semolina is not subjected to refining processes used for obtain white flour
